Our Story - How We Transformed Ourselves To Be The Best In The Industry!
Our dentist, Dr. Annie Pham's career began in a fairly typical way, and she, with her husband Tim Dang, founded Perfect Smile Dental Care (Santa Clara, CA) in 2005. However, she quickly realized she was not enjoying being a practice owner. After some soul-searching, she and her husband decided to refocus their efforts on serving their patients and team members. This change has helped them to find more fulfillment in their work. They redefined their purpose to use their gifts to serve within the dental industry. After this, the practice has experienced amazing growth, and they attribute much of their success to their commitment to serving others.
Perfect Smile's mantra is to "C.A.R.E." for their patients by offering superior comfort, availability, relationships, and excellence. Dr. Pham especially values the relationships they build with their patients, many of whom have been coming to the practice since its inception. They also go above and beyond to empower their team members to be better by offering professional and personal development to help them grow stronger in all aspects of their lives.
Both Dr. Pham and Tim believe in using their talent in dentistry to help people - serve your patients and the staff. They say," Stay true to that purpose, and everything else will come."
